As our Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind enhancing Investa’s digital presence, shaping how our brand shows up, connects and stands out online. From big-picture strategy to rolling up your sleeves and making it happen; this is a hands-on role where no two days look the same.

And let’s talk HubSpot, because it’s a big deal for us. You’ll be our go-to expert, using HubSpot to build smart, seamless campaigns, uncover insights, and drive meaningful results. You are someone who gets a little spark of joy from optimising workflows and analysing performance.

Your key responsibilities:

• Coordinate new website projects with a focus on digital project management, customer experience, stakeholder engagement, mobile optimisation and campaign reporting
• Management of the SEO and SEM agency/s including overseeing the content strategy, content development and approvals, keyword research and reporting
• Measure, track and report on website performance and campaign execution
• Oversee website content and performance, ensuring content is up-to-date and reflects business strategy and campaign priorities and optimal user experience
• Prepare digital assets, campaign briefs, and performance summaries for key projects, assets and campaigns
• Manage external relationships with key digital agencies including web developers, SEO, SEM and content as required
• Plan and schedule content across key asset social platforms, including Facebook, Instagram and Tiktok
• Oversee and manage the Indi (Investa’s Build to Rent platform) social channels, including developing content strategy, managing paid campaigns, and approvals with key agencies, measuring, tracking and reporting performance
• Collaborate with the Leasing team to ensure social campaigns for Indi are aligned to leasing strategy/seasonality/incentive campaigns
• Support Customer Experience Marketing team to support campaigns for Investa’s office assets
• Lead the creation and coordination of email communication programs, workflows and automation across Investa business units in collaboration with relevant marketing team Manage segmentation, personalisation, and performance optimisation
• Apply email marketing best practice to deliver effective, engaging communications to Investa’s customer audiences

What you bring

• Marketing or business degree (preferred)
• Demonstrated experience working with HubSpot CMS including basic coding
• Proven experience working in a Digital Marketing role
• Property experience is helpful but not essential
• Experience managing and coordinating multi-platform social media digital campaigns
• Experience using HubSpot for marketing automation campaigns
• Understanding SEO and website optimisation
• Experience with analytics and Meta reporting
• Knowledge of HubSpot, Meta Platforms, SharePoint, Canva and Tag Manager
