Robert Half is partnering with a fast-growing, consumer-focused DTC brand in search of a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to lead customer acquisition strategy and execution across paid media, influencer marketing, and creator-led growth channels.
This is a highly visible, hands-on leadership opportunity for a modern growth marketer who thrives at the intersection of performance marketing, creator strategy, analytics, and team leadership.
The ideal candidate is both strategic and execution-oriented — someone comfortable owning acquisition performance while actively working in-platform and collaborating cross-functionally with creative, ecommerce, analytics, and retention teams.
What You’ll DoPerformance Marketing & Customer Acquisition
- Own paid acquisition strategy across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Paid Search
- Manage and optimize six-figure monthly media budgets
- Drive customer acquisition growth while balancing CAC efficiency and long-term contribution margin
- Lead targeting, bidding, testing, scaling, and budget allocation strategies
- Identify and test emerging acquisition channels and growth opportunities
- Analyze campaign performance and translate insights into optimization recommendationsInfluencer & Creator Growth
- Build and scale creator/influencer partnerships across YouTube and TikTok
- Develop a scalable creator-content pipeline for paid and organic channels
- Own TikTok growth initiatives including affiliate strategy, TikTok Shop, and creator-led campaigns
- Identify high-performing content, hooks, and messaging frameworks to scale across paid mediaCreative Strategy & Optimization
- Partner with internal and external creative teams to improve performance creative
- Leverage data and testing insights to shape creative direction and messaging
- Support rapid testing and iteration of ad creative and campaign conceptsLeadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Manage and mentor a small growth marketing team
- Oversee agency and external partner performance
- Partner closely with ecommerce, retention, analytics, UX, and brand teams
- Support initiatives related to landing page optimization, conversion rate improvement, and subscription growth
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or digital acquisition roles
- Direct-to-consumer (DTC) product marketing experience required
- Hands-on experience managing paid acquisition campaigns at scale
- Strong experience across paid social, influencer marketing, and TikTok growth initiatives
- Experience managing meaningful paid media budgets
- Strong understanding of:o CACo MERo ROASo Conversion metricso Attribution + analyticsPreferred Background
- Consumer product, skincare, wellness, or CPG industry experience strongly preferred
- Experience in high-growth, entrepreneurial brand environments
- Prior experience managing agencies and/or direct reports

- Comfortable balancing strategy with executionThe salary range for this position is $140,000 - $160,000.
