The Role

This is a hands-on performance role.

You’ll run paid media across European markets — search, shopping and paid social — with one clear goal: drive revenue and acquisition.

No passengers. You’re in the platforms, in the data, making decisions daily.

• What You’ll Own
• Execution and optimisation across Google Ads (Search, Shopping, YouTube) + Paid Social
• Budget management and performance across multiple markets
• Testing across audiences, creative, bidding and feeds
• KPI delivery (CPA, ROAS, CVR) — and improving them
• Reporting that actually drives decisions, not just visibility
• Collaboration with product, analytics and creative to unlock performance
• What They’re Looking For3–5 years in performance marketing (search + paid social)
• Strong hands-on Google Ads (Search & Shopping is non-negotiable)
• Comfortable with data, attribution and testing
• Can manage multiple markets without losing control
• Proactive — spots problems early and fixes them
• Nice to HaveeCommerce or agency background
• Feed / shopping experience
• App or attribution tools (Apps
• Flyer, Adjust)
• Additional European language (ideally French or German)
