About The Role
Growth Marketing is a highly technical and strategic role responsible for the end-to-end digital customer journey. You will orchestrate the global "Growth Stack", combining AI-driven performance marketing, automated CRM lifecycles, champion growth products and advanced analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Data driven experimentation
- The core of the role is running a high-tempo "experimentation engine." You aren't just launching campaigns; you are testing hypotheses.A/B Testing: Testing landing pages, email copy, and pricing structures.
- Funnel Analysis: Identifying exactly where potential customers "drop off" (e.g., they sign up for a demo but never attend).
- Lead Generation & Acquisition
- Manage and develop growth products: Be the champion of key growth products such as referral programs, lead generator programs etc.
- Performance Marketing: Managing paid spend on platforms like Meta and google Ads.
- Inbound Strategy: Collaborating with the creative studio to create "lead magnets". Analyze which visual hooks and narratives are converting and provide data-backed briefs for new asset iterations.
- Outbound Automation: Setting up automated sequences to warm up cold prospects before they hit a salesperson’s desk.AI Orchestration: Manage and steer automated bidding and targeting systems across Meta, Google, and emerging AI search engines (Perplexity/ChatGPT).
- Global Budget Stewardship: Dynamically allocate a multi million global budget across Norway, UK, US, and Spain based on real-time performance and regional priorities.
- Growth Automation
- Nurture Architecture: Build and optimize automated email/SMS "nurture loops" in the CRM (e.g., HubSpot) to move leads from initial interest to collar installation.
- Lead Scoring & Routing: Develop models to identify high-intent prospects and trigger the correct "hand-off" to local sales or marketing teams.
- Customer Retention: Implement automated check-ins and referral programs to turn existing users into brand advocates.
- Analytics & Data Integrity
- The "Source of Truth": Own the marketing attribution model.
- Implement server-side tracking and Conversion APIs to ensure data accuracy in a cookieless environment.
- Performance Reporting: Maintain automated dashboards for leadership, focusing on North Star metrics: CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost), LTV (Lifetime Value), and Payback Periods.
- Attribution: Determining which channels (LinkedIn, SEO, Webinars) actually drive high-quality leads, not just clicks.
About You
The right candidate is preferred to have the following qualifications:
Minimum 5 years in Growth, Performance Marketing, and/or Marketing Operations.
Proven growth- or product management experience from a scale-up in international B2B, IoT, Ag-tech, or SaaS company.
Budget Management: Experience managing multi-million NOK spends across diverse geographies and channels.
Tech Stack Mastery: Expert-level knowledge of CRM systems (HubSpot/Salesforce) and Analytics tools (GA4, Looker, or Segment). Experience with developing attribution models.AI native: You are up to date on the latest tools and trends on AI within growth, marketing and sales, AEO and optimization experience is a plus.
