Marketing at Copenhagen Optimization is evolving.
We are building a focused Brand & Marketing team designed around ownership, commercial impact, and modern B2B execution.
Now, we are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to shape that next phase together with us.
This is not a traditional campaign execution role. You will play a central role in how we create demand, improve funnel visibility, strengthen reporting and attribution, and turn marketing into a strong growth lever for the business.
You will work closely with the Head of Marketing, Sales, our GTM Engineer, leadership, and external partners across a global market, while combining strategy, execution, experimentation, and operational rigor.
If you enjoy building, improving, and creating momentum, you will find a high degree of ownership and autonomy in this role.
- What You’ll Own
- Demand generation initiatives across channels and funnel stages
- Campaigns across existing and future growth channels
- Funnel visibility, reporting structures, and marketing attribution
- CRM flows, segmentation, and marketing operations together with our GTM Engineer
- Performance across owned and paid channels
- A more modern and scalable growth setup across the GTM function
- You will join a small, ambitious team where your work will have visible impact across pipeline creation, positioning, and commercial growth.
Who You Are
- You have experience from B2B SaaS or another complex B2B environment and enjoy combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
- You are:structured and proactivecommercially and analytically mindedcomfortable owning initiatives end-to-endmotivated by clarity, quality, and executioncurious about performance, optimization, and modern growth practices
- You do not need aviation experience.
- What matters more is your ability to understand sophisticated products, long buying journeys, and complex stakeholders.AI & modern marketing workflows
- We believe modern marketing teams should actively leverage AI to improve speed, quality, scalability, and decision-making.
- We are particularly interested in people who already use AI naturally as part of how they research, create, analyze, prioritize, and execute their work.
