Marketing Manager

Klaus K Hotel & Hotel AX in Helsinki are looking for a:

Talented & Inspired Marketing ManagerYour primary mission is to shape and drive the commercial success story of Klaus K Hotel & Hotel AX. In this role, you will balance strategic planning with hands-on execution to launch impactful marketing initiatives across these vibrant properties.

You will work closely with the hotels' operational teams and commercial teams. You will have our central Marketing Strategist also as an support. The selected person will report directly to the General Manager.

Main Responsibilities

• Brand Activation: Plan and execute marketing and communication activities across Klaus K Hotel and Hotel AX to directly support commercial targets.
• Strategy & Planning: Help define the marketing strategy, including target demographics, key messaging, timelines, and budget forecasts.
• Content Creation: Produce high-quality, targeted content across digital platforms (newsletters, social media, websites) tailored to key markets.
• Campaign Execution: Launch integrated campaigns utilizing digital marketing, events, and partnerships.ROI & Optimization: Monitor marketing costs, track campaign performance through data, and optimize actions to maximize return on investment.

Requirements

• Education: Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in marketing/communications.
• Previous manager experience is a plus, but not required.
• Hospitality industry experience is highly valued.
• Tech Stack: Proficiency with digital platforms (Meta, Google Analytics, WordPress, Email Automation) and creative tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
• Creative Core: Strong conceptual thinking, storytelling flair, and hands-on content creation skills (photography and videography skills are a major advantage).

• Languages: Excellent written and spoken Finnish and English.
