Senior Director of Product Marketing | Leading Marketing Intelligence Scale Up (Remote)

A profitable, founder-led SaaS scale-up is looking for a transformational Product Marketing leader to rebuild and lead its PMM function at a pivotal moment in the company's growth.

Reporting directly to the CMO, you'll own positioning, messaging, GTM strategy, and play a key role in shaping product direction alongside the Founder, CEO, CTO, and Product leadership team.

This is not a traditional PMM leadership role. You'll be responsible for building the next generation of Product Marketing - combining exceptional talent, AI workflows, and AI agents to create a highly effective, AI-enabled PMM operating model.

What you'll own:

• Lead and scale the Product Marketing function
• Manage and develop a team of Product Marketers
• Drive positioning, messaging, launches, and GTM strategy
• Influence product roadmap and strategic product decisions
• Improve commercialisation across acquisition, expansion, and retention
• Establish PMM best practices, frameworks, and operating rhythms
• Partner closely with executive leadership and founders
• Define how AI transforms the future of Product Marketing

• We're looking for someone who has:
• Led Product Marketing at Director/Senior Director level
• Deep experience in PLG SaaS environments
• Strong Martech and product domain expertise
• Practical, hands-on use of AI in day-to-day work
• The ability to operate strategically while remaining highly hands-on
• Executive presence and confidence working with founders and C-suite leaders
