Pactum is looking for an AI-native, pipeline-obsessed Growth Marketing Manager to build our demand engine from scratch. This role sits at the intersection of growth strategy, paid media, and GTM execution, ideal for someone who replaces traditional marketing workflows with AI-native ones, ships fast, and measures everything against pipeline.
You won't inherit a function, you'll build one! You'll own marketing-sourced pipeline end to end, construct a multi-channel demand engine on top of the PR and events motion already in place, and work directly with Sales, SDRs, and Alliances to close the loop from MQL to won deal. Success is measured by pipeline created, conversion rates improved, and the speed at which you find what works.
You're AI-first by instinct, reaching for Clay, Apollo, and whatever gives you an edge. You bring structure where there is none, move with an MVP mindset, and are energized by building from zero.

Your daily adventures will includePipeline ownership. Own and grow Pactum's marketing-sourced pipeline and website conversion end to end- from first touch to won deal.
Building from scratch. Construct a multi-channel demand engine across paid social, PPC, intent display, ABM, nurture, and outbound- on top of the PR and events motion already in place.ICP and targeting. Define the ideal customer profile and lock the target account list with Sales; run signal-based inbound and outbound plays that convert.
Growth stack mastery. Build and manage the full growth tech stack: Clay, Apollo, Salesloft, Mutiny, and equivalents. None of it exists today; you'll choose and build it.
Website CRO. Own A/B testing and conversion rate optimization- make Pactum look and feel like a modern, high-converting brand.
Cross-functional execution. Work directly with Sales, SDRs, and Alliances to close the MQL → SQL → won deal loop. Co-own pipeline events (DPW, SIG, partner events) with the Head of Marketing.AI-native output. Use AI to operate at the output cadence of a team three times your size.
