HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE AND LEARN?
- Support KOL recruitment strategy, including identifying suitable creators (mega/macro/micro) aligned with target segments and source markets
- Support the preparation of media plans, including creator selection, thematic matching, budget estimates, and performance expectations
- Collaborate with KOLs on content creation to develop and produce social-optimised content across formats & approaches that maximise platform performance, ensuring alignment with creative direction is fully on-brand, adhering to HKTB guidelines, brand voice, as well as strong tie-in to Mega Events / Core Experiences
- Monitor and track campaign and content performance, contributing to post-activation reviews and optimisation recommendations to refine future KOL collaborations
- Assist in planning and executing social media activations to promote mega-events and core experiences, creating engaging campaigns that build awareness, consideration, conversion & advocacy
- Support coordination across multiple social channels (e.g., TikTok, Instagram, Xiaohongshu, Douyin) to amplify campaign impact and foster conversations
- Handle day-to-day logistics for invited KOLs, including itinerary coordination, experience customisation, transportation, accommodation, and on-site assistance
- Provide hospitality support during visits, working with fixers / guides to ensure seamless and content-friendly experiences
- Assist Worldwide Offices (WWOs) with their KOL visits, including meet & greets, site inspections, event access, and collaboration setup and follow-up to nurture relationships and evaluate outcomes
- Undertake any other duties as assigned by supervisors
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Bachelor’s Degree holder, preferably major in Business, Marketing, Communications, Journalism or related discipline
- 5 years of relevant experience, with 3 years in influencer / KOL coordination and social media activation is preferred
- Hands-on experience in KOL outreach, content collaboration, or activation execution; familiarity with mega-events or destination promotion is advantageous
- Good network or knowledge of influencer ecosystems (Mainland, Southeast Asia, global) and platforms like Xiaohongshu, Douyin, Instagram, TikTok
- Solid experience in social media operation and influencer engagement
- Strong organisational, coordination, and communication skills
- Excellent written (in both English and Chinese) and verbal communication skills
- Flexible with working hours during events/activations
