Job Duties

Manage content ideation and creation across social media platforms, website, and app to support marketing campaigns and merchant success stories.

Develop and execute AI-driven digital marketing strategies to strengthen X Pay’s brand positioning and digital visibility in Hong Kong.

Leverage AI tools for content generation, SEO optimization, campaign personalization, marketing automation, and performance analysis.

Actively plan and produce short-form video content (Reels, Shorts, Threads, etc.) to increase engagement and brand awareness.

Create compelling merchant-focused content to drive traffic and conversion for partner merchants under the BNPL ecosystem.

Explore and prepare engaging topics to enhance digital awareness and consumer education on BNPL solutions.

Improve SEO ranking and website traffic for X Pay solutions using data-driven insights and AI-supported tools.

Manage and optimize digital platforms including Website, Instagram, Facebook, Threads, LinkedIn, EDM marketing and other emerging channels.

Collaborate with internal teams and merchant partners to develop co-branded campaigns and promotional initiatives.

Monitor campaign performance metrics (engagement, traffic, conversion uplift, ROI) and continuously optimize strategies.

Develop effective sales and promotional materials, such as POSM, presentations, digital sales kits, short videos, and EDM content.

Ensure all marketing initiatives align with brand positioning, regulatory requirements, and fintech best practices.

What You Will Bring

Degree holder in Marketing / Business Administration / PR or related disciplines with at least 2 years of relevant experience.

Experience in the payment, fintech, BNPL, banking, or financial services industry is an advantage.

Hands-on experience in managing Social Media Platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Threads, LinkedIn, and short-form video platforms.

Familiarity with AI marketing tools (e.g., generative AI, automation tools, analytics tools) is highly preferred.

Understanding of SEO, SEM, and performance marketing fundamentals.

Strong content creation skills, including copywriting and basic short video production knowledge (CapCut / Premiere Pro or similar tools preferred).

Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate analytics into actionable growth strategies.

Creative, proactive, aggressive in driving results, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational and project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.

Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English.
