- We invite passionate talents to join our dynamic and fun team in achieving this vision.HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE AND LEARN?Develop social media strategy for positioning Hong Kong as Asia’s premier world‑class destination, aligned with HKTB’s overarching brand vision, annual priorities and mega‑events
- Establish distinct strategic roles, objectives and success measures for each social platform to maximise reach, engagement and conversion
- Monitor and adapt to evolving global / regional social trends, platform algorithm shifts, emerging formats and destination marketing innovations to keep HKTB remains a leader in tourism
- Lead continuous performance analysis across all owned social channels, translating data, social listening and industry insights into actionable optimisation strategies
- Deliver regular high‑level performance and insight reports to senior leadership and cross‑functional teams, highlighting opportunities, risks and emerging traveller sentiment
- Act as the primary liaison with key social platforms (e.g. Meta, TikTok, YouTube), developing strong partnerships and identifying opportunities for collaboration, beta tools access and co‑marketing initiatives
- Oversee organisation‑wide social media operations, including content calendar coordination, content posting, real‑time optimisation and performance monitoring, etc.
- Maintain community management standards, response protocols and ensure account governance, security, brand compliance, and best-practice hygiene across all profiles
- Coordinate live‑streaming activations and technical delivery for major events, campaigns, and influencer partnerships
- Undertake any other duties as assigned by supervisors
- WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?Bachelor Degree holder, preferably major in Business, Marketing, Communications, Journalism or related discipline8 years working experience with minimum of 3 years in Social Media Strategy & Planning and Data & Analytics is preferred
- Experience in leading regional or global brands’ social platforms is preferred
- Proficiency in web tracking tools with understanding of different advertisement platforms
- Solid experience in social media operation and performance marketing
- Strong analytical, problem-solving skills with attention to details
- Good knowledge or experience in HTML and web development is an advantage
- Excellent written (in both English and Chinese) and verbal communication skills
