About the Role
This is a hands-on Growth Marketing role within a fast-scaling, subscription-based digital business operating at the intersection of technology, wellbeing and behavioural science. You'll take ownership of the end-to-end growth marketing strategy, translating commercial goals into measurable performance across key digital channels.
Working closely with a small cross-functional team (paid media, design and development), you'll shape and optimise the full acquisition and conversion ecosystem. The role suits a commercially minded marketer who enjoys autonomy, experimentation and building scalable growth frameworks from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Growth Own and evolve the growth marketing strategy to drive awareness, traffic and subscription growth Translate business objectives into clear KPIs and actionable marketing plans Identify and test new channels, tools and AI-driven approaches to improve efficiency and performance Channel Leadership Lead email marketing strategy, including campaigns and nurture journeys Define and oversee YouTube growth strategy, briefing content direction to internal teams Manage podcast and PR outreach activity Oversee Google Ads activity in partnership with a paid media specialist Direct organic social media strategy and performance (no hands-on content creation required) Optimisation & Delivery Oversee SEO initiatives and collaborate with writers to improve organic performance Apply CRO best practices across landing pages and funnels Manage basic website updates and coordinate with developers on more complex changes Collaborate with designers on digital and advertising assets (Canva-level capability required) Analysis & Reporting Report on performance, insights and growth opportunities Use data to continuously refine tactics and prioritisation across channels
Requirements
