Core Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end B2B performance marketing strategy, balancing long-term demand generation with high-intent pipeline capture
- Lead paid media execution across key channels including LinkedIn ABM, Google Ads, and other mid-to-lower funnel performance platforms
- Develop audience segmentation and targeting strategies across key enterprise decision-maker groups
- Design, run, and optimise paid media campaigns with a strong focus on experimentation and performance improvement
- Build and own measurement frameworks for B2B campaigns, defining success across pipeline contribution, lead quality, conversion, and revenue impact
- Partner closely with Sales and Marketing Operations to ensure accurate attribution between marketing activity and commercial outcomes
- Develop creative briefs and work with internal creative teams to produce high-performing assets across channels and funnel stages
- Run structured experiments across campaigns to improve efficiency, engagement, and conversion performance
- Act as the internal subject matter expert for B2B performance marketing strategy, channels, and optimisation
- Represent performance marketing in cross-functional forums, trading meetings, and business reviews
- Build scalable processes for campaign execution, optimisation, and reporting to improve performance consistency and efficiency
The Role
This is a high-impact performance marketing position responsible for driving B2B pipeline growth through sophisticated paid media execution and experimentation. You will play a central role in shaping how enterprise demand is generated, captured, and converted across global markets.
Beyond campaign ownership, this role contributes to broader growth strategy, cross-functional alignment, and the development of scalable demand generation capabilities across the business.
About You
- Strong hands-on experience in performance marketing (B2B or B2C background considered)
- Experience managing paid media campaigns across channels such as LinkedIn, Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, display, or similar platforms
- Strong understanding of full-funnel marketing, audience targeting, and campaign optimisation
- Highly analytical with a test-and-learn mindset, able to turn data into actionable insights
- Experience connecting marketing activity to commercial outcomes such as pipeline, revenue, or lead quality
- Strong collaboration skills with experience working alongside Sales, Marketing Ops, Product Marketing, Analytics, or Creative teams
- Curious about B2B marketing, ABM, and complex buying journeys
- Experience with LinkedIn Ads, HubSpot, ABM strategies, or pipeline reporting is advantageous but not essential
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, performance-driven environments
- Strong ability to manage multiple campaigns, stakeholders, and priorities simultaneously
