I am hiring a senior performance marketer for Brewing Gadgets.

About Brewing GadgetsBrewing Gadgets is a specialty coffee equipment company headquartered in Dubai, with active operations in the UAE and India. We sell professional and home coffee equipment, grinders, brewers, accessories, and spare parts. Our customers include first time home brewers, experienced enthusiasts, and commercial coffee businesses.
We operate at scale, managing thousands of SKUs. Education, trust, and long term relationships sit at the center of how we grow. Buying decisions are considered. The products are technical. Customers take time to research before they purchase.
The experience you must bringYou must have hands on experience working with ecommerce brands. This means real carts, real margins, and real attribution constraints.
You must have planned and managed campaigns across Meta and Google as a baseline. TikTok experience is essential.
In addition, you should be comfortable working with Google Shopping, YouTube Ads, LinkedIn Ads where appropriate, and marketplace advertising such as Amazon Ads. Experience with GA4, GTM, conversion tracking, and post iOS attribution is expected and will be discussed.
What you must be able to showYou must present clear case studies of campaigns you have personally worked on. Each case study should outline the objective, budget, channels used, what you tested, what succeeded, what failed, and the final outcome. Screenshots are welcome. General statements are not sufficient.
You must also provide references who are willing to meet over video call. These should be people you worked with directly. If references are not available or not contactable, please do not apply.
How we will work togetherThis role is for a single senior individual. Titles matter less than judgment and execution. You will be expected to question assumptions, not simply run ads. You will work closely with brand, ecommerce, and content. As a result, clear reporting, thoughtful recommendations, and commercial honesty are essential.
