Everyday Labs is our innovation engine. We build and test new ideas fast, from early concepts to real products used by customers. It’s where we explore new technologies, launch new models and push the business forward. High ownership, fast cycles and a focus on what actually works.
We’re building Noon Business, a B2B marketplace that helps companies buy their recurring business supplies faster, cheaper, and with better control. Think of it as Noon’s consumer engine applied to enterprise procurement.
5 years of experience in digital marketing, growth, or demand generation. B2B experience is preferred.
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, email marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp), and CRM systems.
Strong content creation skills: you can write a compelling LinkedIn post, a product one-pager, or a cold outreach email.
Analytical mindset: comfortable with Google Analytics, campaign dashboards, and data-driven optimization.
Experience with lead generation and nurturing workflows.
Self-starter who can execute independently without waiting for detailed briefs.
Experience in the GCC/MENA region is a plus.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous, 0-to-1 environment.
