Job Description
- Define and execute a global user growth strategy across priority markets
- Scale acquisition via paid media, SEO/SEM, affiliates and partnerships
- Optimise CAC, channel efficiency and ROI across all growth levers
- Align marketing initiatives with core business metrics and revenue goals
- Own performance marketing strategy, budgets and attribution modelling
- Optimise the full conversion funnel from onboarding to retention
- Lead go‑to‑market strategies for new products and features
- Build lifecycle marketing frameworks across acquisition and retention
- Strengthen CRM, automation and marketing data infrastructure
- Use insights and experimentation to drive sustainable LTV growth
The Successful Applicant
- Extensive experience in growth, performance marketing or digital marketing
- Proven track record driving large‑scale user and revenue growth
- Strong expertise in attribution, analytics and data‑driven decision making
- Experience in fintech, trading platforms or high‑growth digital products
- Ability to operate in a fast‑paced, evolving environment
