Within Amazon Ads' Global Performance Marketing organization, we are seeking an experienced marketing leader to own Brand Owner Growth for SMB advertisers worldwide.
This role is responsible for defining and executing end-to-end growth strategies, lifecycle marketing programs, and multi-channel Go-To-Market initiatives that drive awareness, adoption, engagement, and long-term utilization of Amazon Ads’ brand-building solutions.
The candidate will leverage customer insights, segmentation analysis, experimentation, and performance data to identify growth opportunities, influence product and marketing roadmaps, and develop scalable customer experiences that help advertisers mature from foundational advertising products to more advanced full-funnel marketing strategies.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
