About the Role
We are looking for a high-performing, autonomous Growth & Partnership Manager to drive our ecosystem expansion and take full ownership of strategic initiatives. In this role, you will bridge the gap between high-level business development and meticulous project execution.
You will be the driving force behind high-value collaborations—specifically leveraging your existing network to unlock opportunities with HashKey and other major industry players—while ensuring all moving parts of a project are executed flawlessly, transparently, and in strict compliance with legal standards.
Responsibilities
- Compliance & Material Review: Monitor and review all project, marketing, and promotional materials. Work closely with our legal team to ensure every asset processes smoothly and comply fully with regulatory standards before going live.
- Strategic Partnership & BD: Leverage your solid, established professional network to source, negotiate, and execute strategic collaboration opportunities, with a primary focus on building deep ties with HashKey and its ecosystem.
- Reporting & Transparency: Maintain rigorous tracking of project KPIs and milestones. Provide regular, clear, and data-driven updates and reports directly to your line manager.
- Growth Experimentation: Design and test co-marketing initiatives with partners to optimize user acquisition, institutional onboarding, and brand visibility.
Qualifications
- The "Owner" Mindset: A proven track record of taking 100% accountability for a project. You don't wait to be told what to do; you anticipate roadblocks and solve them.
- Strong Professional Network: A solid, warm rolodex of contacts within the Web3, crypto, or fintech space, with verifiable connections or prior successful collaborations involving HashKey or similar institutional entities.
- Detail-Oriented & Compliance-Minded: Excellent organizational skills with an eye for detail. You understand the importance of legal frameworks in marketing and business development.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional stakeholder management skills. You can pitch to C-level executives at partner firms and synthesize technical project updates into concise reports for internal leadership.
- Experience: 3–5+ years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, or Growth Marketing (ideally within Fintech, Crypto, or Web3).
- Language: Fluency in Cantonese and Mandarin is highly preferred to navigate the local and global markets.
