Growth Manager, Performance Marketing

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize comprehensive growth and performance marketing strategies with a strong focus on channel integration, alignment, and full-funnel user acquisition and retention.
• Translate business objectives and market opportunities into data-driven marketing initiatives that drive sustainable brand and revenue growth.
• Regularly analyze business performance, campaign effectiveness, customer behaviour, and market trends to generate actionable insights, strategic recommendations, and forward-looking growth plans.
• Leverage customer and market insights to identify user pain points, define key messaging, and formulate effective channel and communication strategies.
• Consolidate and interpret data insights across multiple touchpoints, transforming findings into high-performing online marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate closely with designers and cross-functional teams to develop and execute compelling campaign concepts, creative directions, and user-centric marketing assets.
• Continuously optimize digital creatives, campaign performance, conversion funnels, and user engagement through performance marketing best practices and experimentation.
• Explore and implement AI-powered tools and solutions for content creation, creative production, workflow efficiency, and advertising optimization.
• Stay up to date with emerging AI trends, growth marketing technologies, and digital advertising innovations to enhance marketing effectiveness and scalability.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in growth, marketing, operations, or related functions with strong exposure to analytics and data-driven decision-making. Experience in a high-growth startup environment is highly preferred.
• Proven track record of managing and scaling marketing campaigns end-to-end, from strategy development and execution to reporting and optimization.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and paid social advertising platforms.
• Experience with SQL and data querying tools is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with AI tools for copywriting, visual generation, and content production to improve marketing efficiency and campaign performance.
• Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and senior management.
