About Video RebirthVideo Rebirth is a frontier AI startup focused on video generation foundation models and world models. Our 1.0 product — a video generation API — has just launched and is already serving enterprise clients.
We're looking for an AI Growth & Demand Generation Manager to build our B2B marketing engine and drive qualified leads for our sales team.
What You'll Do
- Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and X (Twitter) Ads to drive qualified B2B leads across target markets (North America, Middle East, Japan, Korea etc.).
- Build and manage email marketing programs — cold outreach sequences, lead nurturing workflows, product update newsletters, and re-engagement campaigns targeting enterprise prospects.
- Develop compelling use cases and customer stories — work with existing enterprise clients to create case studies, ROI analyses, and industry-specific use case content that supports the sales cycle.
- Represent Video Rebirth at industry summits, conferences, and trade shows — handle event selection, booth planning, speaking opportunity applications, and post-event lead follow-up.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team — understand their pipeline, align on target accounts and industries, and deliver marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) that convert.
- Track and optimize demand generation performance — monitor CAC, lead quality, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution, and iterate based on data.
Who You Are
- Must-haves:3-5 years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, or growth marketing, preferably in AI, SaaS, or developer tools
- Hands-on experience with paid advertising (Google Ads, X Ads, or LinkedIn Ads) — you can set up, manage, and optimize campaigns yourself
- Experience building email marketing programs — familiar with tools like HubSpot, Mailchimp, Apollo, or similar
- Strong understanding of the B2B sales funnel — you know how to generate, qualify, and nurture leads
- Experience creating B2B use cases, case studies, or sales enablement content
- Comfortable representing the company at industry events — professional presence and strong communication skills
- Genuine interest in AIGC — you actively use AI generation tools and understand the enterprise AI landscape
- Data-driven mindset — you make decisions based on metrics and can build reporting dashboards
- Bilingual in English and Chinese — you'll be marketing to global audiences
- Nice-to-haves:
- Experience marketing AI products
- Familiarity with the AI video generation or generative AI industry
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools
- Experience marketing to North American, Middle Eastern, Japanese, or Korean markets
- Existing network in the AI/tech industry event circuit
- Proficiency in additional languages beyond English and Chinese
- Japanese, Korean, or Arabic is a strong plus
