SEO Specialist

Your new companyA leading global telecoms business is seeking an SEO Specialist to join their central digital performance team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in shaping and scaling SEO strategy across multiple international markets.

You will work closely with regional teams and the wider digital function to drive organic growth, improve search performance, and support data-led decision-making at scale.

Your new roleAs an SEO Specialist, you will support the development and execution of a global SEO strategy, working across local markets to optimise performance and identify opportunities for growth.

Key responsibilities will include

• Analysing organic search performance data to deliver actionable insights across keywords, content, landing pages and competitors
• Partnering with local markets to identify optimisation opportunities and implement scalable solutions
• Supporting the development of testing frameworks and promoting a strong test & learn culture
• Evaluating the full customer acquisition journey to identify performance improvement opportunities
• Supporting SEO audits and ensuring best practice is followed across the wider organisation
• Bringing new ideas and innovations, including emerging trends such as AI-driven search, to improve performance
• What you'll need to succeed
• Proven experience driving SEO performance in a complex, large-scale or multi-market environment
• Strong understanding of the wider digital marketing ecosystem and performance channels
• Experience using web analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics
• Ability to translate data into clear insights and recommendations that influence business decisions
• Experience working with external agencies or vendors
• A proactive mindset with a passion for staying up to date with SEO trends and innovations
