Kirio is seeking an exceptional Search Marketing Manager to manage its global search programs and drive best-in-class customer experience, brand engagement, reach and conversion. Creativity and innovation but also rigorous testing, measurement and ability to continuously iterate to improve results are critical for this role.

Core Responsibilities
This is an end-to-end Search Marketing role. The Search Marketing Manager will manage all from problem recognition to data analysis to building and implementing automated workflows and solutions, by utilizing quantitative and qualitative skills to provide actionable insights for optimizing marketing spend, audience targeting and influencing customer behavior.
More specifically, this role will
- Lead the end-to-end development and implementation of our Search strategy
- Execute on the fundamentals of search marketing to perform a clean Marketing handshake between Search Platforms and our site.
- Monitor and lead multiple SEM campaigns/projects.
- Gather actionable data from our various sources to ensure consistent and continual optimization of campaigns. Perform keyword research (discovery and expansion), review and edit ad creative/copy, review and analyze website performance metrics, and optimize campaigns. Perform testing (A/B and Multivariate) with ad copy, landing pages, bidding strategies, negative keywords, etc.
- Help identify growth opportunities, initiate test hypotheses and prioritize scaling out winning tests, improving SEM traffic productivity and return on investment.
- Develop and continuously improve SEM products and tools development (automation tools, dashboards, etc.) and influence prioritization.
- Build automated workflows to affect change at scale.
- Project Manage internal resources to ensure alignment around a continuous flow of high quality, curated Search content
- Continuously ideate and innovate within the Search space
- Surface insights for business and marketing strategies. Present to senior leadership regularly on Search plans and results
- Regularly audit competitive strategic analysis, customer/target audience segmentation, and consumer insight development
Requirements
- Minimum BA or BS degree.
- At least 5 years of experience working in Search marketing.
- Proficient with Search Management tools and analytics. Technical understanding of SEM.
- Excellent quantitative analysis experience.
- Exceptional analytical skills, including data manipulation and financial analysis.
- Expertise working with SQL and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of the mechanics of online marketing and eCommerce.
- A strong desire to work in a small, nimble, fast growing startup environment, where working with autonomy and leading the way are critical.
