We’re hiring on behalf of our client for a Digital Marketing Manager to take full ownership of their marketing function and make a real commercial impact. This is a high-impact, standalone role where you’ll work closely with Sales and leadership to shape and deliver an integrated marketing strategy across digital channels, content, events, and partnerships.

- Leading and executing a marketing strategy aligned to pipeline and revenue targets
- Running and optimising multi-channel campaigns across LinkedIn, Google Ads, and Bing
- Driving inbound growth through website optimisation, landing pages, and conversion tracking (WordPress, GTM, GA4)
- Managing email campaigns and automation using Mailchimp and HubSpot
- Partnering with Sales teams to improve lead quality, tracking, and conversion
- Delivering webinars and events end-to-end (Teams, Zoom, Eventbrite)
- Owning SEO performance using tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Google Search Console
- Managing social media planning and performance (LinkedIn, Sprout Social)
- Creating and overseeing content across blogs, campaigns, and thought leadership
- Producing visual and video content using Canva, Adobe Suite, and AI tools
- Analysing performance and reporting on ROI (GA4, Looker Studio, Microsoft Clarity)
- Managing external agencies and freelancersWhat we’re looking for:
- 3+ years’ experience in B2B marketing (SaaS or cybersecurity a plus)
- Proven ability to run end-to-end marketing in a standalone or lean team
- Strong hands-on experience across paid media, email, and website management
- Solid understanding of analytics, attribution, and reporting
- Experience working closely with Sales and CRM systems (HubSpot, Capsule, etc.)
- Knowledge of SEO tools and organic growth strategies
- Comfortable using AI tools to enhance productivity and content
- A commercial mindset with a focus on pipeline and ROI
