Job Overview
We are hiring a remote SEO Operator to manage and optimize search performance for the Indian market. You will handle bilingual (Indian English & Hindi) SEO operations to grow organic traffic, improve search rankings and enhance local brand online visibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Indian market keyword research, competitor analysis and search trend monitoring for Indian English and Hindi.
- Execute on-page SEO optimization (meta tags, headers, URL, internal links) to fit local search rules.
- Carry out basic off-page SEO work to improve local brand exposure and domain authority.
- Optimize Indian English and Hindi content to match local user search intent.
- Track SEO data including rankings and organic traffic, deliver regular reports and optimization suggestions.
- Follow search engine algorithm updates and adjust SEO strategies timely.
- Collaborate with the team via Feishu to support Indian market marketing and SEO growth.
- Optimize differentiated bilingual SEO strategies for Indian English and Hindi users.
Job Requirements
- Language: Fluent in Indian English and Hindi, able to understand local search semantics and user habits.
- Experience: 1+ year SEO working experience, familiar with full-cycle SEO workflows.
- Market Knowledge: Familiar with Indian internet and search environment; bilingual SEO experience is a plus.
- Skills: Proficient in common SEO tools (GSC, Ahrefs, SEMrush) and data analysis.
- Ability: Data-sensitive, logical, and capable of solving SEO operational problems.
- Work Mode: Adapt to remote work, efficient communication via Feishu.
- Quality: Responsible, detail-oriented, independent and able to adapt to algorithm changes.
