In this role, you will take ownership of supporting our official website and managing performance advertisement, driving end-to-end business operations, and crafting effective digital merchandising and marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities[DTC Management]Manage and support our official website based on data analysis.
Operate and optimize performance marketing for supporting DTC channels.
Ensure product listings, content accuracy, and promotional assets are up to date and on-brand.
Participation and support of promotion planning within the year.
Participate in establishing an official mall business strategyAnalyzing business data and discovering insightsMonitor backend operations, logistics status, and customer NPS (Net Promoter Score).[Digital Marketing & Traffic Acquisition]Plan and execute SEO/SEM strategies and awareness campaigns to drive traffic and sales.
Collaborate with digital agencies and marketing teams for integrated marketing execution.
Branded Campaign CollaborationPlan website layouts and product placements to maximize visibility and conversion.[Skills & Qualifications]Minimum 3 years of hands-on eCommerce experience, ideally with both official websites and third-party marketplaces.
Minimum 2 years of supporting performance marketing or digital marketing-like activities.
Ability to utilize data (excel / google sheet) and other solutions (Amplitude, GA4)Ability to utilize PhotoshopStrong operational and analytical mindset with experience in backend monitoring and logistics coordination.
Fluent in Korean and intermediate English proficiency (written and verbal).
Experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and data-driven environment.
