About The Role
impact.com is hiring a Content Marketing Manager for the Creator product, which connects brands with content creators and influencers. This is a fully remote, individual contributor role within the Content Marketing team, reporting to the Director of Content.

Key Responsibilities
Content Production & Management
- Execute content briefs and SEO/AIO briefs, managing freelance writers
- Own the content lifecycle from ideation to optimization
- Conduct SEO and AIO keyword research in Semrush
- Interview internal/external subject matter experts
- Write across formats: blog posts, case studies, demand-gen assets, creator profiles
- Find narrative threads in complex business topics
Reporting & Optimization
- Track content performance and contribute to QBR reporting
- Identify optimization opportunities using performance data
- Connect content activity to pipeline metrics with the GTM team
Qualifications
Non-Negotiable
- 3–5 years of content marketing experience focused on long-form content
- Genuine storytelling ability
- Hands-on SEO experience (keyword research, content briefs, on-page optimization)
- Experience writing/managing case studies and demand-gen content
- Strong editorial instincts
- Comfortable working async across time zones
Strong Advantage
- Familiarity with Semrush or comparable SEO platform
- Exposure to B2B SaaS, martech, or creator/influencer marketing
- Experience with content performance reporting or GTM-connected content
- Awareness of AIO and LLM-driven search environments

Salary & Benefits
- Salary: $80,000-$90,000 per year
- Bonus: Additional 5% variable annual bonus contingent on Company performance
- Equity: Eligible for Restricted Stock Unit (RSU) grant
