Content Marketing Manager Role Summary
HAUS Careers is partnering with a design-led consultancy specialising in lighting design who are seeking a Content Marketing Manager to join their London team. Representing a collective of three distinct but complementary brands, this is an exciting opportunity to shape and elevate a unified content strategy across multiple platforms within a fast-paced, creative environment.
Working closely with the PR & Communications Manager, you will play a key role in positioning the studio as a leading voice within the global design sector. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on content creation, with a strong focus on digital performance, brand consistency, and audience engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with PR & Comms to develop and execute targeted global marketing campaigns
- Lead the strategic and creative management of websites and social media channels
- Manage CMS platforms across multiple brand websites
- Plan, schedule, and monitor content across social media platforms
- Analyse website and social performance using analytics tools to optimise engagement
- Create high-quality digital and print content (web, blogs, social, video, newsletters, webinars)
- Ensure all content aligns with brand tone, style, and SEO best practices
- Identify content gaps and develop engaging, insight-driven material
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to source and shape content
- Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activity
- Write, edit, and proofread content to a consistently high standard
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in content or digital marketing
- Background in architecture, interiors, design, or a related industry preferred
- Strong copywriting skills with excellent attention to detail
- Experience with WordPress, HTML, Adobe Creative Suite, and MS Office
- Knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, and paid social campaigns
- Proficiency in analytics tools and performance tracking
- Familiarity with tools such as Canva or Figma
- Ability to manage multiple brands and priorities in a fast-paced environment
