This position is responsible for leading the overall marketing agenda for a recognised international restaurant brand in the UAE. The role focuses on elevating brand perception, increasing customer engagement, and driving sustainable revenue growth across both online and offline channels.
The successful individual will translate business objectives into impactful marketing initiatives, campaigns, and measurable commercial results.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute the annual marketing roadmap aligned with revenue targets, customer growth objectives, and digital development plans.
- Develop and implement full-funnel marketing strategies covering awareness, acquisition, conversion, retention, and loyalty.
- Maintain and strengthen brand positioning across all customer touchpoints including restaurants, digital channels, social platforms, and delivery partners.
- Lead digital marketing and performance campaigns across paid social and other acquisition channels, driving optimisation and return on investment.
- Manage CRM and customer engagement programmes including acquisition journeys, retention campaigns, reactivation initiatives, and frequency-driving activities.
- Oversee product launches, seasonal promotions, and integrated marketing campaigns in partnership with operational and commercial stakeholders.
- Optimise the customer experience across dine-in, mobile application, and aggregator platforms, ensuring promotional and pricing strategies support commercial objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team while managing external agencies and suppliers.
- Own marketing budgets, resource allocation, forecasting, and performance reporting for senior leadership.
- Collaborate closely with operations, finance, supply chain, and digital teams to ensure effective execution and alignment across business priorities.
- Key Ingredients
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline.5–8+ years of marketing experience within hospitality, restaurants, retail, or consumer-focused brands across the GCC.Strong expertise in brand management, digital performance marketing, and CRM programmes.
- Proven ability to manage budgets and deliver measurable commercial outcomes.
- Solid understanding of social media, mobile applications, CRM systems, customer lifecycle marketing, and paid advertising platforms.
- Experience leading teams and managing agency relationships within fast-paced environments.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance long-term brand building and short-term performance objectives.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and project management skills.
