Amer Al Guhair is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Manager with a strong background in real estate development to lead and execute innovative marketing strategies for our projects.

Requirements* Proven experience working for a real estate developer in the UAE.* Strong expertise in digital marketing, branding, lead generation, and campaign management.* Demonstrated success in launching and marketing real estate projects.* Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.* Ability to develop and manage marketing budgets and performance metrics.* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities* Develop and execute strategic marketing plans for company projects.* Drive qualified lead generation and support sales objectives.* Manage all digital marketing channels, social media, content, and advertising activities.* Coordinate project launches, events, exhibitions, and promotional campaigns.* Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.* Monitor and optimize campaign performance to maximize ROI.Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
