This Manager position will sit in a Center of Excellence team, playing a critical role in executing research projects that enable insights-led decision making. There is a Senior Manager who is also based in Singapore and will help to coach and develop the person coming into this role.
Do you have what it takes?
Strategic thinker who understands how insights can be actionable and transformational 5+ years of relevant experience from a research agency, consultancy, or insights management function in an innovative, fast-paced company – with a good working knowledge of research across APAC markets Robust ability to work across teams, departments and cultures – globally, locally and sometimes across time zones. 20-40 days of travel can be expected.
Relevant business acumen and passion to bridge this with generated insights for optimal impact on the businessAbility to translate business needs into impactful and innovative insights journeysLeads with empathy and acts as a true collaborator – We Win mindset!
