We are seeking a Social Strategist to join the YouTube Brand and Social Marketing team as a data-driven social strategist.
In this role, you will focus on building scalable social infrastructure and replicable strategies for the Brand+Social COE to maximize the capability of Social Marketing towards efficient business impact. Your work will empower greater agility, alignment and faster execution speed.
You will fuel the Social Editorial team in building and maintaining a successful always-on brand presence through organic channels, and drive Initiative Social and Influencer Strategies in partnership with Campaign leads. These upfront frameworks and activation principles ensure that social-first thinking is integrated into YouTube's most critical initiatives.
You will build and implement Paid Social Boosting strategies, channel strategy, and content strategy.
You will also collaborate with Google Brand Studio to surface performance insights, extracting actionable learnings from across the broader business.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.US: $141000 - $206000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + bonus + equity + benefits
