About The Role
The Marketing Manager plays a key role in supporting the continued growth and brand presence of Prosperous Financial. Reporting to the Head of Financial Services, this role is responsible for executing the company’s marketing strategy across digital channels, content platforms and client engagement initiatives.
The role works closely with senior leadership, including direct collaboration with Prosperous Financials’ founder, providing exposure to strategic initiatives while managing the day-to-day delivery of campaigns and communications.
The Marketing Manager will oversee the company’s online presence across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram and TikTok, ensuring consistent brand messaging while driving engagement and supporting business growth.
Working with internal stakeholders and external marketing partners, the role will also identify opportunities to enhance the client journey through improved digital touchpoints and booking processes. As the organisation grows, there will be scope to further develop and shape the marketing function.
Key Responsibilities
- Marketing Strategy & Campaign Execution
- Support the creation and delivery of the company’s marketing strategy in alignment with business growth objectives.
- Plan and coordinate marketing initiatives and campaigns across digital and social media platforms.
- Develop a forward looking marketing calendar and plan projects up to 12 months in advance.
- Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve engagement and reach.
- Digital Presence & Content Creation
- Manage and grow Prosperous Financials’ presence across key digital platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram and TikTok.
- Create and deliver engaging content that strengthens brand awareness, drives engagement and supports website traffic and lead generation.
- Oversee the design, development and ongoing maintenance of the company website to ensure it remains current, user-friendly and aligned with brand standards.
- Client Experience Enhance the client journey by ensuring the booking and enquiry process is seamless and user friendly.
- Work closely with the wider team to ensure marketing initiatives support a consistent and high quality client experience.
- Identify opportunities to improve client touchpoints across digital and marketing channels.
- Stakeholder Management
- Liaise with external marketing partners to support initiatives that drive enquiries and appointment bookings.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to support marketing projects and business initiatives.
- Coordinate internal communications related to marketing activities and campaigns.
- Brand Development & Growth
- Support brand development and ensure consistent messaging across all marketing materials and communications.
- Identify opportunities to strengthen the company’s brand presence and reputation in the marketplace.
- Contribute to public relations opportunities and brand visibility where appropriate.
- Skills And Experience:5+ years’ experience in a marketing role, ideally within professional or financial services.
- Experience managing digital marketing channels including LinkedIn, Instagram and TikTok, with strong content creation skills.
- Experience with website management, including design updates and content publishing.
- Strong organisational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working with internal teams and external marketing partners or agencies.
- Experience in public relations or media engagement would be an advantage, along with an interest in developing and growing the marketing function within a scaling organisation.
