We a now seeking a Brand Manager to lead & accelerate the development of the Midleton Very Rare brand within the Prestige Whiskey category.
The position is based in Dublin, where you’ll work alongside a Marketing Manager and will report to the Head of Brand Architecture and Planning, based in the UK. As part of the Prestige Marketing Team, you will have responsibility for managing and developing (in conjunction with lead markets) focused marketing activations and assets for Midleton Very Rare to address key brand challenges — from awareness and recruitment to premium positioning.
This includes, but is not limited to, new product development and packaging, communications development, creation of engaging digital content, support in managing brand websites, and development of premium point-of-sale and “last three feet” plug-and-play assets.
As Brand Manager, you will also support the planning and execution of key initiatives across the wider Prestige portfolio, aiding on projects, launches, and activations as required. What’s involved?
In conjunction with the wider team, support the marketing management of Midleton Very Rare & the other Prestige whiskey brands.
Lead the development and execution of the brand’s social and digital strategy, including content planning, campaign development, platform management, performance tracking, and ongoing optimisation in partnership with agencies and lead markets.
Support new prestige product development projects for Midleton Very Rare, including liquid development, packaging development, and marketing launch plans.
Manage external communications and events in collaboration with the global trade PR agency and internal PR & Experiential team.
Together with the Midleton Marketing Manager, lead the planning and implementation of marketing activities for Midleton Very Rare, including content development, events, and POS development (in collaboration with agencies and lead markets).
Full responsibility for the management of the Prestige Single Cask programme for Midleton Very Rare, from liquid development through to delivery.
Manage P&L and innovation stage-gate processes for new product development.
Support the team in planning and preparing for workshops, events, and meetings, as well as managing brand budget, purchase orders, and invoicing through SAP.Support the Midleton Marketing manager with day-to-day management of both lead and non-lead markets for Midleton Very Rare.
Your background and skills2-3 years of brand marketing experience with exposure to full marketing mix, ideally operating with global brands.
Experience in agency management and engagement is preferred.
