As Colleague Communications Manager you will shape and deliver clear, engaging, and consistent communications for JLA and Brodericks brands in Ireland. You will drive revenue growth and brand presence in the Irish market through local execution of the marketing strategy.
This includes being responsible for: Brand execution Demand generation Digital performance Content creation (incl. website content governance) Trade activity - including awards, events, and pr Supporting with commercial presentations Key tasks Create, implement, and own the delivery of the Irish marketing plan for both JLA and Brodericks brands. Drive sales through marketing campaign activity.
Ensure appropriate tracking is in place and undertake regular performance reporting, continually optimising performance. Develop a website content roadmap and own the management of content for the Irish market. Bring JLA’s strategic narrative to life across trade publications, events, and awards.
Create content assets (case studies, campaigns, sector messaging). Knowledge and Skills Proven experience in b2b marketing, including deep understanding of the Irish market.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences. Strong stakeholder management skills, including experience working with senior leaders. Experience managing multiple channels and campaigns simultaneously. Highly organised with strong attention to detail. Experience in creative, media, or fast-paced commercial environment.
Familiarity with digital collaboration tools and intranet platforms. Experience supporting organisational change or transformation programmes. Experience7 years’ marketing experience. Personal qualities Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills .
