We are now looking for a hands-on, creative Content & Social Media Specialist to bring our premium brand to life and elevate our global digital presence during a parental leave period.
The Role
Are you a strategic storyteller who knows how to bring a premium brand to life through compelling copy and clean design? We’re seeking a Content & Social Media Manager to act as our primary voice and content execution engine.
In this role, you will solely own the global Tone of Voice (ToV) across all channels and take hands-on responsibility for producing, writing and designing everyday digital and print marketing assets.
Please note: This is a production-focused, one-year maternity contract within a highly collaborative and dynamic marketing team.
Core Responsibilities
- Brand Governance (ToV): Act as the sole owner and guardian of the global NCS Tone of Voice across all channels.
- Ensure all written copy is consistent, premium, and perfectly aligned with the NCS brand strategy.
- Graphic Design & Asset Production: Hands-on creation and production of daily social media graphics, presentation layouts, and basic marketing collaterals (e.g., brochures, booklets, folders, and giveaways), executing your designs flawlessly within the established NCS Visual Identity (VI).
- Agency Coordination: Act as a primary point of contact for our external design and creative agencies when required.
- Organic Social Media Management: Strategize, schedule, content curate, and execute daily posts for LinkedIn, Meta, and Pinterest.
- Focus on building an engaged organic community of designers, architects, and the coatings industry.
- Copywriting & Content Creation: Write high-quality, engaging copy for global email newsletters, marketing campaigns (e.g., Colours Beyond), B2B case studies, professional white papers, and partner testimonials.
- Website Layout & Building: Take strategic inputs from the team and physically build, layout, and update campaign landing pages, e-commerce product listings, and technical B2B info pages directly in Shopify.
- Cross-Functional Team Support: Act as a shared creative production resource.
- Refine and polish pitch decks for B2B Sales/Product teams and design visual downloadables/lead magnets for Growth/Performance funnels.
- Your Profile (Requirements)
- Experience: 3–5 years of experience in content marketing, social media management, or a digital copywriting/creation role, preferably within a premium brand, design-centric industry, or B2B environment.
The "Hybrid" Skillset: You are a unique mix of an excellent writer and a visual creator. You can write persuasive, grammatically flawless copy and independently design it into a polished asset.

- You possess very good, clean layout skills.
- You don't need to create design systems from scratch, but you are highly proficient in suites like Adobe and Figma to execute daily work that strictly respects established visual guidelines.CMS Competency: Experience managing and updating website pages within standard CMS environments, preferably Shopify.
- Mindset: You thrive in a lean, agile team environment.
- You are highly organized, comfortable managing multiple internal stakeholders, and possess the maturity to own your execution processes from A to Z.Language: Native or professional-grade fluency in written and spoken English (our global corporate language).
