Creative Growth Manager

Creative Growth ManagerCommon Clouds is looking for a creative, brand-obsessed and hands-on Creative Growth Manager to join us in building the next generation skincare brand for acne-prone skin.

We’re looking for someone who understands how brand, content, aesthetics, storytelling and customer experience work together to create growth. Someone who gets internet culture, has sharp creative instincts and an eye for both aesthetics and analytics.

• You’ll work closely with the founders and team across marketing, growth, e-commerce, CRM and digital brand experience, and play a key role in how Common Clouds builds our universe across channels and markets.WHAT YOU’LL DO* Create and adapt content, copy and creative assets for paid, CRM and e-commerce channels* Create flows, newsletters and campaigns in Klaviyo with strong visual and written communication* Collaborate closely with brand and creative teams across campaigns, launches and digital touchpoints* Set the creative strategy for paid marketing across Meta and TikTok and execute it* Test and evolve creatives, audiences, landing pages and customer journeys* Work hands-on in Shopify with site updates and e-commerce optimisation* Drive launches and scale initiatives on TikTok Shop in new markets* Coordinate external partners and agencies when needed
• WE THINK YOU* Have 2+ years of experience from e-commerce, DTC or fast-growing consumer brands* Are obsessed with branding, design and copy, and enjoy working hands-on with content and creative production* Have worked hands-on with Shopify and Klaviyo* Understand how aesthetics, storytelling and digital experience affect growth and conversion* Stay curious about new discovery channels and how brands grow online* Are self-driven, fast-moving and comfortable with high ownership* Communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
• BONUS IF YOU* Have experience within beauty, skincare or lifestyle* Have experience working with TikTok Shop or international e-commerce* Have experience using Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager
