Job Overview
We are looking for a highly analytical and performance-driven Performance Marketing Manager to lead and scale paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, and other digital platforms. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in lead generation, conversion optimization, and managing multiple client accounts with measurable ROI.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns on:
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max)
- LinkedIn Ads (preferred)
- Manage multi-client advertising budgets efficiently
- Drive high-quality leads and maximize ROAS
- Develop full-funnel strategies (Awareness → Consideration → Conversion)
- Conduct A/B testing (creatives, audiences, landing pages)
- Monitor KPIs: CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, Conversion Rate
- Optimize landing pages in coordination with design & development team
- Implement tracking using:
- Meta Pixel
- Google Tag Manager
- Google Analytics (GA4)
- Conversion API (preferred)
- Prepare weekly & monthly performance reports with insights
- Research competitors and identify scaling opportunities
- Manage retargeting and remarketing strategies
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing
- Strong expertise in Meta Ads & Google Ads
- Proven track record in lead generation campaigns
- Experience handling budgets of AED 30K+ per month (preferred)
- Knowledge of GTM, GA4, tracking & attribution models
- Strong analytical mindset and data interpretation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Experience in Real Estate or Finance marketing (preferred)
