Overview
Our growing organization is searching for a Partner Marketing Manager responsible for building and managing a consistent pipeline of high-quality, qualified leads through outbound and partnership-based acquisition channels. This role will partner with leadership across multiple departments to ensure that leads entering the funnel are relevant, compliant, and conversion-ready.
Role & Responsibilities
- Owning top-of-funnel lead generation across third-party, outbound, and partnership channels
- Managing a $1M+ monthly performance marketing budget across 10–12+ vendors
- Owning CPA, ROI, pacing, and daily lead flow across all campaigns
- Sourcing, onboarding, and managing third-party vendors; scaling winners and throttling underperformers
- Executing and optimizing multi-channel outreach (email, LinkedIn, calls, approved channels)
- Developing and testing messaging, sequencing, and targeting to maximize conversion
- Qualifying leads and ensuring clean handoff to Intake with accurate CRM documentation
- Redlining and managing MSAs, SOWs, and IOs to meet firm and compliance standards
- Ensuring compliance with SB-37, CCPA, and firm data-privacy requirements
- Partnering with leadership across multiple departments
- Delivering clear, actionable performance reporting to growth and executive leadership
Qualifications
- 5+ years in lead generation, performance marketing, or growth operations
- Experience managing large budgets and third-party or agency partners
- Strong understanding of CPA, ROI, attribution, and lead quality metrics
- Background in legal, regulated, or B2C service-based marketing preferred
- Experience running outbound or partnership-driven acquisition campaigns
- Comfortable working cross-functionally and owning results end-to-end
- Highly organized, data-driven, and able to operate in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
