We're growing fast and we're at an early stage. The person who joins now works directly alongside the founder and has ownership over how the performance function develops.
The Role
We're looking for a highly capable, autonomous Senior Performance Marketing Manager to report directly to the Founder. With the help of your team, you'll be building and running campaigns, managing budgets and working directly with clients on strategy and performance.
What You'll Do
- Strategy & Execution
- Plan, build and continuously optimise paid campaigns across Meta, Google and TikTokOwn strategy across the client portfolio, from initial planning through to deployment and ongoing testing
- Manage large monthly ad budgets across multiple accounts
- Identify creative needs based on performance data and brief the supporting team accordingly
- Client & Collaboration
- Lead client performance conversations, translating data into clear strategic direction
- Work closely alongside the founder on account strategy and key client decisions
- Build strong, long-term client relationships that support retention and portfolio growth
- Analysis & Reporting
- Monitor campaign metrics across all accounts, identifying trends and opportunities
- Turn performance data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations
- Work within clients' existing tracking setups and advise on improvements where needed
What You Bring
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on Meta and Google Ads management at an expert level
- A proven track record managing large-scale monthly ad budgets with direct accountability for results
- Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
- Highly Regarded
- Agency background: you understand pace and what it takes to balance competing client priorities
- Experience in lead generation
- Experience leading or mentoring a team

- Highly self-directed with the ability to manage your own priorities without close supervision

- Hybrid, with an agreed in office and remote split
- Full-time
- Remuneration & Growth$150,000 total package, inclusive of superannuation.
