Role Overview

We are hiring a Performance Marketing Manager to own paid acquisition across channels. The role is hands-on with budgets, creative, and analytics — driving CAC, conversion, and ROAS through disciplined experimentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok
• Manage paid budget allocation across channels and campaigns
• Build and ship landing pages, ad creative, and audience segments
• Run a continuous testing program on creative, audiences, and bidding
• Track CAC, ROAS, and LTV; report on channel performance weekly
• Partner with creative, lifecycle, and analytics teams on integrated growth

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 4+ years running paid acquisition at scale ($1M+ annual budget)
• Hands-on expertise across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with attribution and incrementality testing
• Working knowledge of GA4, ad-side analytics, and tracking tools
• Experience briefing creative for paid social and search
• Bias for testing, measurement, and rapid iteration
