Senior Marketing Performance Manager, Insurance (6-month contract)
Key Responsibility
Dashboard Reporting
- Track KPIs, programme performance, and industry trends across markets at Group level.
- Develop and maintain intuitive dashboards (PowerBI) with multi-segmentation drill-down capabilities.
- Partner with teams to deliver analyses and insights supporting business engagements and initiatives.
- Lead monthly reviews across 9 markets, consolidating business, brand, and customer insights from internal and external sources for senior stakeholders.
Data Intelligence & Planning
- Leverage data analysis to generate customer-led, data-driven insights and recommendations for business growth.
- Translate complex data into actionable insights to drive market share and revenue, identifying trends, challenges, and opportunities.
- Advise regional teams and stakeholders, championing new ideas and marketing excellence across business units.
- Maintain brand and marketing spend visibility, consolidating plans, budgets, and integrating with finance for reporting.
Process Optimisation
- Ensure data accuracy and identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency.
- Research and implement analytical tools/methods to support planning and decision-making.
- Manage agency vendors to deliver insights, research, modelling, and performance evaluation.
Digital & Social Performance
- Manage the campaign tracking portal, aligning with media agencies and markets to update media plans.
- Oversee social listening and monitoring tools (e.g. Meltwater), acting as key contact with vendors and markets.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define best practices in social listening, social media strategy, and digital SOV.
Candidate profile
- 10+ years of relevant experience in brand, marketing performance, media, research, or analytics (brand or agency side).
- Proven ability in data consolidation, validation, and reporting, integrating multiple data sources into accurate monthly and quarterly outputs.
- Hands-on experience with analytics tools including YouGov, Power BI, Meltwater, SEMRush, and web analytics platforms (GA/GA4).
- Advanced Excel and strong data handling skills, with high attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot data, formulas, and dashboards.
- Strong expertise in brand performance and brand health tracking, interpreting awareness, consideration, brand attributes, and funnel metrics to deliver actionable insights.
- Experience leading monthly and quarterly performance reviews, with clear communication, storytelling, and stakeholder influence.
- Proven ability to manage multi-market stakeholders across varying levels of marketing maturity.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities; finance or insurance industry experience is a plus.
