Influencer Marketing Manager

Work Experience- 3–7+ years of relevant experience- Experience in influencer/KOL marketing and content marketing operations

Key Responsibilities

• Source and manage influencers/KOLs- Manage content marketing activities across social media platforms- Execute brand awareness and product seeding campaigns- Plan and manage group-buying and promotional campaigns- Analyze influencer campaign performance and prepare reports- Develop brand communication and promotional contents- Monitor platform trends and develop marketing strategies- Collaborate with marketing and cross-functional teamsRequirement- Experience in influencer marketing or social media marketing- Familiar with Instagram, YouTube, TikTok and other social platforms- Strong content planning and stakeholder communication skills- Ability to analyze campaign data and marketing performance- Strong execution skills and ability to work in a startup environmentPreferred Qualification- Experience in group-buying or live-commerce operation- Experience in EdTech or online education industries- Familiarity with Korean social media ecosystem- Ability to communicate in English and/or ChineseAdditional Note- Looking for a hands-on operator who can execute as well as strategize.- Strong awareness of rapidly changing social media trends.- Ability to build relationships with influencers and external partners.- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.- KPI-driven and results-oriented mindset.
