360 Recruiter – Life Sciences

We’re seeking high-performing recruiters with staffing agency experience who are eager to grow their market, build lasting client relationships, and make an impact in the rapidly evolving Life Sciences space.

This is a true 360 recruitment role where you will develop relationships with both clients and candidates, delivering mission-critical talent across innovative, transformation initiatives, and post-production support. The key role for this position is formulating and building relationships as well as growth within the market.

Responsibilities

• Apply superior full-cycle recruitment and techniques in a 360 capacity
• Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for current and future open positions
• Conduct interviews via phone or in-person
• Strategize and leverage multiple sourcing channels to identify high caliber candidates while maintaining a healthy pipeline
• Engage passive candidates
• Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews

Qualifications

• Proven success within the Life Sciences Field
• Effective communication skills
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with Microsoft Office suite
• High-energy and passion
• Demonstrated ability to meet quotas

Compensation

• Base salary, plus up to 37.5% commission
