Job Description
You will lead sourcing and pipeline building for "Talent Investors" across the UK and Europe—the people who identify extraordinary founders before a company even exists. This is a category-defining role combining executive search, community building, and venture strategy to find and attract the world's most ambitious outliers for our London and Paris hubs.

What You Will Do
- Build and nurture a long-term community of prospective Talent Investors through high-signal events, salons, and 1:1 thought partnership.
- Execute proactive outbound sourcing and end-to-end hiring processes for high-stakes roles in the UK and Europe.
- Apprentice with senior leaders to codify "taste" in identifying talent, using feedback loops to sharpen your mental models of what makes a great founder-maker.
The ideal candidate
- 4-7 years of experience in talent acquisition, specifically hiring into investor, founder-facing, or senior operator roles without a standard playbook.
- Proven track record of "long-game" relationship building, maintaining professional networks over years rather than weeks.
- Exceptional outbound craft with the ability to turn cold contacts into high-value conversations through compelling, commercially literate communication.
