As a Recruiter at Vitae.ai, you’ll help turn human hiring expertise into scalable, subscription-based AI Recruitment Partner outcomes. You’ll own end-to-end candidate sourcing and screening while partnering with internal teams that build the all-in-one operating system transforming recruiters into AI-powered workflow specialists.
You will report to the recruiting lead and work closely with Talent Acquisition stakeholders across delivery.
What You’ll DoYou will run full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer, including requirement clarification, role calibration, and hiring-stage management.
You will source qualified candidates using structured search strategies across relevant channels, building targeted pipelines for active and upcoming roles.
You will conduct initial screening and structured assessments to validate experience, skills alignment, motivation, and role fit against defined criteria.
You will coordinate end-to-end candidate journey logistics, keeping candidates informed and moving decisions forward with clear next steps.
You will partner with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to refine scorecards, interview plans, and selection criteria that reduce misalignment.
You will present candidate shortlists with concise, decision-ready summaries that include strengths, gaps, and evidence-based recommendations.
You will maintain accurate ATS and recruiting documentation, ensuring reporting data is complete and ready for continuous optimisation.
What We’re Looking For2+ years of recruiting experience with clear evidence of full-cycle ownership (sourcing, screening, coordination, and closing).
Experience in 360 recruiting agency work is strongly preferred, demonstrating responsibility for both pipeline creation and candidate progression.
Strong command of structured screening and evaluation methods, with the ability to translate role requirements into measurable candidate criteria.
Proven experience using an ATS and working with reporting workflows (e.g., maintaining pipeline health, stage conversion, and activity logs).
Ability to work effectively with stakeholders, manage multiple reqs at once, and maintain high-quality candidate communication.
Nice to HaveExperience recruiting for technical roles (e.g., software engineering, data, or IT) with demonstrated sourcing depth.
Exposure to recruiting automation or AI-assisted workflows (e.g., using tools to support outreach, screening, or documentation).
Comfort working in a subscription/service delivery model where timelines, quality, and throughput are continuously tracked.
