Recruiter (Hospitality hiring)

Position Summary

We are seeking experienced Recruiters to support a large-scale hiring project for a leading hospitality group in Dubai.

The successful candidates will be responsible for managing high-volume recruitment across operational departments, with a focus on frontline roles in hospitality, F&B, retail, and guest services.

This is a long-term, annually renewable contract role. It is a fantastic opportunity for recruiters with a background in fast-paced, customer-facing industries to gain exposure to a flagship hospitality initiative. High performers may be considered for future internal projects upon successful completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for a variety of roles across departments such as F&B, room service, concierge, guest relations, retail, and front-of-house operations.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand manpower needs and hiring timelines.
• Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and other platforms to build a robust talent pipeline.
• Conduct screenings, schedule interviews, and maintain a smooth candidate journey throughout the recruitment process.
• Ensure all candidates meet job-specific requirements and align with brand standards.
• Maintain up-to-date records, trackers, and reports for ongoing recruitment activities.
• Represent the brand professionally and positively in all candidate and stakeholder interactions.

Key Requirements

• Essential:3–5 years of recruitment experience within the UAE or GCC region.
• Experience hiring for roles in hospitality and F&B.Confident user of LinkedIn Recruiter or similar sourcing tools.
• Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments.
• Desirable:
• Experience supporting large-scale or project-based recruitment campaigns.

Strong written and verbal English skills; multilingual abilities are an advantage.

Previous experience in pre-opening or high-growth hiring environments.
