We are seeking experienced Recruiters to support a large-scale hiring project for a leading hospitality group in Dubai.
The successful candidates will be responsible for managing high-volume recruitment across operational departments, with a focus on frontline roles in hospitality, F&B, retail, and guest services.
This is a long-term, annually renewable contract role. It is a fantastic opportunity for recruiters with a background in fast-paced, customer-facing industries to gain exposure to a flagship hospitality initiative. High performers may be considered for future internal projects upon successful completion.
Strong written and verbal English skills; multilingual abilities are an advantage.
Previous experience in pre-opening or high-growth hiring environments.
