Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated, people-oriented Part-Time Recruitment & Admin Assistant to join our team. Your primary priority will be driving our hiring efforts through recruitment calls, sourcing, and candidate coordination. Additionally, you will provide vital on-site support at our office early in the week.
This is a dynamic role perfect for someone who is highly organised, loves connecting with people, and enjoys a mix of recruitment and hands-on administrative tasks.
Schedule & Flexibility
- In-Office (Required): Monday and Tuesday (to assist with on-site shoots, meetings, and team collaboration).
- Work From Home (WFH): Wednesday through Friday (focused primarily on recruitment outreach and tracking).
- Hours: 20–25 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Sourcing (Primary Priority)
- Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate fit and excitement for open roles.
- Source active and passive candidates through various online channels and job boards.
- Manage, update, and optimize active job postings.
- Coordinate interview schedules and follow up with candidates to ensure a positive experience.
- Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
Administrative & On-Site Support (Mondays/Tuesdays)
- Meeting Minutes: Attend key Monday team meetings to take minutes.
- Photo Shoot Assistance: Help set up and assist with basic company photo/media shoots on-site.
- Provide general administrative support to the team as needed during in-office days.
Qualifications & Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (a confident and friendly phone presence is a must).
- Strong organisational skills with a sharp eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently from home and collaborate energetically in person.
- Prior experience in recruitment, HR, or a fast-paced administrative role is a plus.
- Basic comfort or interest in photography/creative environments is preferred but not required.
