Role Overview
The Recruiter will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment of direct labour workers, ensuring timely fulfilment of manpower needs in production, assembly, logistics, and cleanroom operations. This role requires strong stakeholder management, familiarity with high-volume hiring, and the ability to navigate workforce regulations in Singapore.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and role specifications.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for direct labour roles (e.g., material handlers, machine operators, assembly workers, cleanroom workers).
- Manage interview scheduling, coordinate with HR, and ensure smooth candidate experience.
- Develop and maintain talent pipelines through job boards, networking and career fairs
- Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire) and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with Singapore’s Employment Act and company policies in recruitment practices.
- Support onboarding processes and handover to HR operations.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of recruitment experience, with at least 2 years focused on direct labour/manufacturing roles.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore’s labour market and workforce regulations.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with vocational training institutions and polytechnic pipelines.
- Ability to manage high-volume recruitment under tight timelines.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Experience in change management and candidate engagement strategies.
- Budget: Up to $4.5k/mth
- Location: North(1-year contract renewable)
