At Fresha, we are looking for a Talent Specialist to join our Sydney office and help drive hiring across a business with real momentum, particularly as we continue expanding across Southeast Asia and the wider Asia Pacific region.
This role will suit someone who is energised by a busy hiring environment, comfortable managing multiple priorities at once, and motivated by the chance to make a visible commercial impact.
You’ll partner closely with our Global Head of Talent, Senior Talent Partners, and hiring managers to deliver a high-quality, end-to-end hiring experience. From sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and onboarding support, you’ll play a key role in building high-performing teams across our business.

You’ll join a small, collaborative team with experience from companies like Google, Meta, Amazon, Uber, Cleo AI, and Sandbox VR — all passionate about delivering best-in-class hiring experiences for both candidates and internal stakeholders.
We work closely together in the Sydney office because it helps us move faster, stay aligned, and build stronger working relationships. For the right person, that creates a more connected, energising environment and a much clearer sense of momentum.
