We’re looking for a passionate and customer-focused Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team and help shape the future of our workforce at City of Ryde.

In this role, you’ll deliver end-to-end recruitment services across both business-as-usual roles and contingent workforce needs. You’ll work closely with Hiring Managers to design effective hiring strategies, source great talent, and ensure a smooth, compliant, and positive experience for every candidate.

What you’ll be doing:

• Managing recruitment from briefing through to offer
• Advising Hiring Managers on sourcing and market insights
• Building strong relationships across the business
• Making sure processes are smooth, fair, and compliant
• Supporting agency/temporary hiring and onboarding What you’ll bring:
• Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
• Great stakeholder skills and a proactive mindset
• Strong attention to detail and a solutions-focused approach
• Preferably bring experience hiring for a mix of blue-collar and professional roles.

What you'lll need:

Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition and recruitment, with sound knowledge of relevant employment legislation, awards, and industrial instruments.

Proven ability to interpret and apply Awards, enterprise agreements, and legislative provisions, supported by strong research and analytical skills.

High level of attention to detail, with effective time management and prioritisation skills, and the flexibility to meet changing business and stakeholder demands.

Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders in a professional, customer‑focused manner.

Well‑developed problem‑solving skills, with the capacity to independently address recruitment challenges, consult with diverse stakeholders, and deliver positive outcomes.
